BidSpotter cataloging for industrial and equipment sales

BidSpotter, part of Auction Technology Group, is a leading marketplace for industrial, commercial and agricultural auctions. Catalogs are uploaded as a .CSV file into BidSpotter's auctioneer tools (the GAP Toolbox), often from auction management software. Auction Studio builds that catalog from your photos.

Catalog equipment where it sits

  • Walk the yard or plant with your phone and photograph each lot. It works offline and syncs later.
  • AI writes titles and descriptions with make, model and visible details. Add hours, serial numbers or notes in your own words.
  • Photos are named by lot number. Keep images reasonably sized for BidSpotter's displays.
  • Export a CSV with your column names using the Universal CSV format, then upload it to BidSpotter or import it into your auction software.

Team cataloging for big sales

Large industrial sales go faster with several people photographing at once. Invite your team, choose what each person can do, and every lot lands in the same auction in the right order.
