Invaluable and AuctionZip cataloging, faster

Invaluable and AuctionZip are part of the same family. Auction houses usually get catalogs onto them through their auction management software, which connects with Invaluable's Catalog Upload API, or with Invaluable's own tools. Auction Studio speeds up the part that comes first: describing and photographing every lot.

The software behind Invaluable catalogs

Invaluable's Catalog Upload API lets auction management software add, edit or delete lots in timed and live sales on Invaluable, AuctionZip and private label sites. Invaluable also offers its own web-based auction management software, Invaluable RFC Auction Systems, and platforms such as Wavebid integrate with it.

Where Auction Studio fits

  • Photograph lots on your phone, even without a signal. Photos are named by lot number.
  • AI writes the title and a detailed description from the photos.
  • Export a CSV with the columns your auction software imports, using the Universal CSV format and your own column names.
  • Import into your auction software, then publish to Invaluable and AuctionZip from there as usual.

Questions

How do catalogs get onto Invaluable?

Most auction houses publish through auction management software connected to Invaluable's Catalog Upload API, or use Invaluable's own tools. Auction Studio prepares the photos and catalog file you import into that software.

Does it work for AuctionZip too?

Yes. AuctionZip catalogs come through the same Invaluable tools, so the same Auction Studio export works.

Is Auction Studio affiliated with Invaluable or AuctionZip?

No. Auction Studio is independent. Invaluable and AuctionZip are trademarks of their owners.
